Tom Luangraj
Tom, a Houston native, graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Kinesiology Fitness and Sports. He has promoted wellness in diverse settings in sports from football, to powerlifting, and bodybuilding. He’s able to demonstrate skills to assess individuals’ body composition, dietary intake, physical activity and physical fitness levels. Tom, specializes in one-on-one, partner, and group workout programs that match the needs of his client and their goals. Tom’s enthusiasm and passion for fitness shows in his work, and he hopes to inspire his clients with that same love he has for health. In Tom’s free time he enjoys visiting coffee shops and watching movies. He loves to travel, shop, and try new places to eat. Tom is an individual who cares for others, and aims to help them reach their dreams in and outside of the gym!
