ABOUT THIS EVENT:

Our multi-sport camp provides student athletes (ages 8-12) with a fun, positive environment to increase their athletic ability through exposure to elite performance coaching. Our camp is packed with activities, including:

  • Weight training, games, skills drills and friendly competitions
  • Fundamentals of resistance training, speed and agility movements
  • Coordination and teamwork skills
  • Exposure to different sports throughout the week

Camp is for all skill levels and is a blast (or so the kids tell us)! We have many ways you can join us, but only 25 spots are available so book yours today!

You can choose singe-day, week-long half-day or week-long full-day passes.

FOOD/DRINK:

ATH will provide snacks for participants. Water fountains and drink vending machines are available on site. Please contact the Membership Sales Associate team if your athlete has any food allergies. Your athlete will be responsible for bringing their own lunch.

For $80, you’ll get full access to our group sports performance classes during Spring Break week. Training benefits all sports, positions and fitness levels.

WHO:

  • This pass is for ages 13-18. Benefits all sports, positions and fitness levels. You’ll get Monday through Saturday access to our group training sessions (see schedules below).

ABOUT ATH’S SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM

From elementary school sports training to enhancing the skills of today’s competitive high school athletes, ATH’s sports performance training fits the specific needs of growing bodies in a fun and safe environment. With our program, student athletes can achieve their personal best. During training, we focus on speed, strength, agility, change of direction, jumping and more. These skills translate across all positions and sports.

14-18 age group –> Monday-Thursday: 6:30-8 pm. Friday: 4:30-5:30 pm. Saturday: Speed School @ 10-11 am, Strength School @ 11 am-12 pm

 

KATY SCHEDULE:

13-14 age group –> Monday-Thursday: 9-10:30 am & 3:30-5 pm. Friday: 10-11 am. Saturday: Speed School @ 10-11 am, Strength School @ 11 am-12 pm

14-18 age group –> Monday-Thursday: 10:30 am – 12 pm and 3:30-5 pm. Friday: 10-11 am. Saturday: Speed School @ 10-11 am, Strength School @ 11 am-12 pm

 

SPRING/KLEIN SCHEDULE
