October Break Sports Camp & Sports Training Pass

Sports Camp
Our multi-sport camp provides youth athletes (ages 8-12) with a fun, positive environment to increase their athletic ability through exposure to elite performance coaching. Our camp is packed with activities, including:
- Weight training, games, skills drills and friendly competitions
- Fundamentals of resistance training, speed and agility movements
- Coordination and teamwork skills
- Exposure to different sports throughout the week
Camp is for all skill levels and is a blast (or so the kids tell us)! We have many ways you can join us, but only 25 spots are available so book yours today!
WHEN
Camp will run from Monday 10/09 through Thursday 10/12 (9am – 3pm) and Friday 10/13 (9am – 12pm).

You can choose singe-day, week-long half-day or week-long full-day passes.

FOOD/DRINK
ATH will provide snacks for participants. Water fountains and drink vending machines are available on site. Your athlete will be responsible for bringing their own lunch.
Sports Training Pass Details
$80 ($210 value) for full access to our group sports performance classes during the week of October 9 for athletes ages 12-18.
Unlimited group training sessionsβ during the week (1.5 hour long classes)
Access to Speed School and Strength School on Saturday (1 hour long classes)
