Athlete Training and Health aligns with trusted healthcare providers and related companies to create world-class sports performance training facilities and programs for our athletes and surrounding communities. We are proud to work in close collaboration with Memorial Hermann and Houston Methodist in Texas.

We have three gyms on Memorial Hermann campuses throughout the Houston area: ATH-Katy, ATH-Pearland and ATH-Cypress. These buildings also house Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute and UT Orthopedics. Our ATH-Spring/Klein location shares a building with Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. At ATH-Allen, we share a building with Texas Health Orthopedic Surgeons and Physical Therapists.

Athlete Training and Health training is for amateur and professional athletes as well as everyday people looking to improve their fitness. If you are dealing with an injury, we have the relationships and expertise in our buildings to help you return to your sport or prior level of fitness before being injured. Our strength conditioning coaches work with athletes on-site and supplement sports training for many sports teams across Texas.

We provide good-for-you products that are also good for the planet. Our goal is to provide a premium experience while moving away from single-use plastics and paper products. Our current bottles are made from sugarcane, designed to be refilled and reused. Our paper products are tree-free. We avoid harmful chemicals, unnecessary additives, and complicated design. The majority of our products are biodegradable and compostable. Every order placed is carbon offset and paid forward by the planting of a tree via our partner, Eden Reforestation Projects.
