Athlete Training and Health is excited to announce our third fitness, sports and athletic training center in Houston. This is our second training facility built in collaboration with Memorial Hermann. You can expect the same award-winning, science-backed, results-driven fitness and sports performance training in this gym that our other locations are known for. At ATH-Pearland, you can choose from any of our five training programs:

Forever ATHlete – Adult group training sessions for all fitness levels (HIIT, strength training, functional training and more). Personal training options are also available. 

Student ATHlete – Sports training for elementary school, middle school and high school athletes ages 8-18 (for all levels, positions and sports). Our program offers fitness and performance training for youths. Personal training options are also available. 

Next Level ATHlete – Group or individual training programs for collegiate athletes and professional athletes.

Rebuild ATHlete – Training for injured athletes and recovering athletes not yet ready for competition or full pre-injury training. 

Team ATHlete – Specialized, year-round or seasonal team training that maximizes sport success and reduces the risk of injury.

Additionally, a full-size, lit outdoor turf field will be a destination for sports games, tournaments, practices and events and will be available for rent to the surrounding Pearland community.

The Memorial Hermann Sports Park-Pearland will be 50,000 square feet with dedicated spaces for ATH, The Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute and UT Physicians Orthopedics. In this building, you can expect a full range of medical care and athletic training for professional athletes, youth athletes and active adults. Having all three entities in one building allows us to provide 360-degree care for the community – from the weekend warriors to high school athletes to Olympic-level athletes. Not only will you get preventative care, but through this collaboration, we can also help injured athletes get back to their sport quicker by providing all of the surgery, rehabilitation, post-rehabilitation and training services they’ll need in one spot.

HOW IS ATHLETE TRAINING AND HEALTH DIFFERENT?

We approach fitness at every age and athletic level — beginning at elementary school age to well beyond school years and into adult-age fitness — through education and a clear understanding of where you are and where you want to go. Whether you’re a high school athlete or an adult looking to get back into optimum health, your performance coach will meet you just where you’re at and bring you to a level of fitness that is right for you.

When athletes push their bodies to their physical limit, sports injury is always a top concern. Our coaches are with you every step of the way educating and modeling our athletes at all times. ATH formulizes training sessions that minimize risk and adapt workouts to the age and skill level of the individual.

Sharing a common vision of lifelong well-being and redefining the relationship between human performance and healthcare, this collaboration between Memorial Hermann and ATH is centered on improving the health and well-being of the community. We aim to enhance the performance of our local athletes in a way that brings together the best of human performance, sports science and sports medicine.
