Company Overview

Athlete Training + Health mission is to provide elite performance training services for professional, collegiate, high school and youth athletes. Through consistent evaluation and education we aim to instill training strategies that elevate our athletes performance to the highest level.
Athlete Training + Health is a private company that provides advanced training services for amateur and professional athletes for the purpose of optimizing sport performance. With (3) 25,000+ sq ft training facilities in multi-field sports parks it is one of the leading sports performance training companies in Texas. A key component within Athlete Training + Health is the healthcare collaborative relationships with hospital systems to provide premier sports medicine and human performance services to athletes. ATH integrates its performance services with other health care professionals and developing improved evidence-based strategies for enhancing athletic performance.

In Houston, Texas, ATH & Memorial Hermann partnered to expand their sports medicine services, provide comprehensive athletic performance training and evidence-based strategies for enhancing human performance. Memorial Hermann is the largest not-for-profit health system in Southeast Texas with 13 hospitals and numerous specialty programs and services throughout the Greater Houston area. With 5,500 physicians and 21,000 employees, it is one of the nation’s largest medical centers and the primary teaching hospital for The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School. Within Houston it is widely regarded as the premier sports medicine and injury rehabilitation organization. In December of 2015, Memorial Hermann formed the partnership with Athlete Training + Health to collaborate in providing premium health care services and performance training for athletes.

In Dallas-Fort Worth Texas, ATH & Texas Health Resources partnership models the complete end-to-end care sports medicine service, comprehensive athletic performance training and evidence-based strategies as its counterpart in Houston. Texas Health Resources is a nonprofit, faith-based healthcare system comprised of 24-owned, operated, joint-ventured or affiliated acute-care and short-stay hospitals in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area of greater North Texas. Headquartered in Arlington, Texas with 21,000 employees.

Currently, this type of partnership and combination of both expert human performance training and advanced sports medicine is not available within the Greater Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex areas. The need for industry professionals and students to learn, observe and master these techniques within an integrated service team is paramount.

We are seeking to grow our team of individuals who are passionate about sports and human performance by providing performance solutions to all levels of athletes and working professionals.


The South Houston training center is located inside Houston Sports Park and is the permanent home and professional training center for the Houston Dynamo first team, Houston Dash, and Dynamo Academy. Opened in October of 2012 this 32,000+ sq ft Performance Center houses both elite sports performance, Dynamo 1st Team training and technical staff and offer on-site sports medicine rehabilitation through the Dynamo Organization’s medical partner, Houston Methodist.

North Houston training facility opened May 2016, within Memorial Hermann Sports Park, as the anchor development. Just under 40,000 sq ft this world-class facility integrates premier sports medicine and rehabilitation services, corporate and human wellness with elite sports performance to offer an unparalleled training experience.

Memorial Hermann Sports Complex in Katy on the Hospital Campus, 50,000 sqft, began construction in Summer 2018 and will open pre-summer 2019.

Expansion into Dallas / Fort Worth with Texas Health Resources officially began with Arlington training center in August 2017. This 24,500 sq ft Performance Center houses 7,000 sq ft of Texas Health Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Clinic, 3,500 sq ft of Texas Health Physician & Orthopedics and training facilities for both sport performance and human wellness.

Texas Health Resources & Allen Hospital Campus will house the 2nd Dallas-Fort Worth Training Center to open end of 2019 / early 2020.
