Meet The Team
We are proud partners with the Houston Dynamo & Houston Dash Youth Soccer Club,
who provides a full range of programming and a complete pathway for the beginner
soccer player through professional levels. ATH South gives access for first team and
non-travel team training as well as injured athlete rehabilitation. In addition, we host
Academy team training and GPS for the U12-U19 age groups.
ATH provides a performance program where CCEMS paramedics, tactical medics, and staff can take advantage of functional movement & strength assessments, Forever Athlete classes, open gym with health screenings, nutritional consultations & monthly wellness updates from Memorial Hermann. We assist in fitness testing, best practice presentations & educational sessions for the Basic Tactical Operational Medical Support courses, tailored to ongoing feedback & improving progress during long shifts in areas like mobility, nutrition & recovery in a high stress environment.
Senior strength coach, Trey Job, developed a dryland strength & conditioning program for PACK’s National & Pre National Level swimmers. Alongside PACK director, Mike McCauley, they continue to develop these athletes for the next level. These extremely dedicated high school swimmers attend morning weight room sessions 3 days a week. They make amazing strides transferring their hard work into huge improvements in their times in the pool. Within the last year, graduating seniors will attend Westpoint, Navy and top Colleges & Universities that compete at a national standard.
As of summer 2018, newly opened Conroe ISD High school, Grand Oaks held their first Athletic summer camp. Athletic Director and longtime friend of ATH Micheal Jackson, and Performance coach Sean Willix, developed programming for over 475 Athletes. Within a newly built state of the art High school, They have seen the camp grow to over 650 Athletes. Here they develop their speed, strength, power and mobility, in order to start the school year off on the right foot, ready for their chosen sport.
Falcons Athletic Summer Training Camp brings approximately 70 of Frassati high school athletes into our training center at the start of the summer. We perform evaluations looking at functional movement, jumping, speed, agility and peak power. Our performance coaches then train in the school for 5 weeks. Upon completion, athletes return to ATH to reevaluate, and show how much they have improved their individual statistics. They also have access to ATH’s weight room where athletes can improve their lift technique.
