Join us on Saturday mornings for a high intensity, high competition and high variety training session for all adult members of the community. Come alone or bring your friends, either way we’re going to practice safe social distancing with our Waist Away training – a full hour of total body workout exercises incorporating both cardio and strength.
Training takes place in large open spaces, predominantly outdoors if weather permits.
High intensity exercises utilize portable equipment, including kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and bands.
Class sizes allow for up to 30 people, whether you’re already a current ATH member or not.
