Athlete Training and Health is proud to welcome you to our training center in Allen, TX. Through our powerful and unique collaboration with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen, we proudly bring world-class, science-based wellness and proven athletic performance training to Allen and the surrounding Collin County communities. Because we are committed to the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve and creating life-long athletes, our programs are tailored to athletes and adults of all ages and abilities. Most importantly, we back this commitment with scientifically proven methods and continuing education of our performance coaches.
