Scott was born and raised in Houston and is a graduate from the University of Houston. Scott had the opportunity to begin his coaching career under the Athlete Training and Health Internship Program. Now a full-time performance coach, Scott enjoys coaching all levels of fitness with an emphasis on vertical jump training, sprinting, basketball and volleyball. Scott holds a certification as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Performance Coaching through Setanta College. In his free time, Scott enjoys experiencing new coffee shops, advancing his knowledge of sports science, 1 on 1 games in basketball and time with his dog.
