Nahkti Mckay, hails from Chicago, Ill and received his formal education in Evanston, Ill. the home of the Northwestern Wildcats and the Evanston Wildkits. There he was a two-sport standout athlete in football and track. He attended both Howard University and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Ill for his post-secondary education where he also played football. At SIU Nahkti earned a Bachelor’s in Dietetic Science and a minor in Kinesiology. During his time at SIU he began his bodybuilding career and in his very first show Mr. SIU, he placed 1st in his class and 1st overall. Nahkti has won several natural pro bodybuilding competitions all the while earning black belts in Kickboxing and Wing Chun Gung Fu. While earning his belts Nahkti put his skills to the test by competing in amateur and pro level combat in Thailand and the Philippines. He then returned to Chicago where he began a successful personal training and nutritional consultation business before coming to us here in Texas.
