Christen, a longtime resident of the Klein area since 2010, has an impressive athletic background. Prior to starting a family, she was a highly competitive athlete, excelling in multiple sports such as volleyball, basketball, softball, and track. Her dedication and talent led her to play Division 1 softball for Texas A&M Corpus Christi, showcasing her skills at a collegiate level.

After settling in Houston, Christen discovered a new passion for running, completing over 10 half marathons and 5 full marathons. Her love of sport and competing have become defining characteristics of her personality.

Before joining Athlete Training and Health, Christen dedicated her time to raising her four children. She has been actively involved in their lives, supporting their participation in both club and school sports within the Klein Independent School District.
