Monica Smith earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition from Ouachita Baptist University in 2014, and her Masters in Kinesiology from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 2017. She joined ATH in 2016 as a Member Service representative and has since helped with two facility openings and managed multiple teams. In her current role of Information Systems Manager, Monica’s duties include overseeing the internal processes for all ATH locations and ensuring applications meet all system requirements as well as taking over operational projects, when her skills are needed. Her goal is to continue expanding her knowledge and skill set to one day transition into a business development role. Monica has a passion for all things Disney and being part of a team environment comes naturally to her. At the end of the day, you won’t leave the facility without a friendly conversation or a high five from her.
