Our Flex Program

Youth athletes ages 9-18 are assessed through a personal evaluation, and unique goals are determined to work toward over time in partnership with our expert coaches. Our training program is separated into three tiers: Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced. Athletes are placed into the tier that matches their skill level.

 

Foundation

Program Details

Athletes develop the foundational ability to move in specific patterns, such as:

  • The squat
  • Push-up
  • Press
  • Lunge
  • Hip hinge
  • Jumping and landing technique

  • Proper lifting technique
  • Mastery of bodyweight
  • Resistance loading to challenge neurological and physiological adaptation
  • Sprinting and jumping mechanics

All athletes will undergo a comprehensive assessment to determine their abilities and goals, and also to place them in the most appropriate program tier, and continue to be re-assessed as their development progresses.
