Forever Athlete Training

Using science and analytics, we design a program around you, combining fitness and performance with sports medicine and wellness.

 

We offer Forever Athletes a free physical assessment to determine the most effective training program that aligns with your goals and schedule. We offer six-month and month-to-month memberships, including a complimentary one on one goal setting session.

Our Programs

Small group training designed for adults at your level, complemented with open gym access.

Individual Training will help you in the following areas:

Total Body

  • Combining all five movement patterns to build overall strength

 

  • Program phases alternate between double limb and single limb exercises

 

 

Upper Body

  • Alternating pushing and pulling exercise methods to build overall musculature above the hip

 

  • Programmed to build aesthetic and foundational strength in arms, chest and back

 

Lower body

  • Building muscle through squat and hinge patterns to target all areas below the hip – glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves

 

  • Prepares you to run, jump and sprint effectively

 

 

Core & Regeneration

  • Training builds strength and power through static and dynamic exercises

 

  • Utilizes movements that brace, rotate, extend and flex through your torso, and unlocks power through arms and legs

 

 

High-Intensity Interval Training

  • Develop total body endurance and conditioning by using general strength and power exercises

 

  • Combine developmental factors of sprints and jumping, traditional strength movements and non-traditional strength development exercises

 

  • Utilize multiple forms of loads and variations of traditional exercise to achieve performance enhancement
