Greg Centilli

Chief Operations Officer

Greg Centilli joined ATH as the Chief Operations Officer in 2022. Greg is a former college football quarterback and D1 college coach who spent 20-plus years in the Sports Performance Training and Fitness industry – as a Coach, a Center Director, a Franchisee, and a corporate executive.

Derrick Robinson

Chief Financial Officer

Derrick joined ATH in 2019 and is currently the company’s CFO. In this role, he oversees all financial and operational strategy, including accounting, treasury, corporate finance, investor relations, human resources, and facility activities, while also playing a pivotal role in the company’s many partnerships and growth opportunities.

Debra Hamm

Senior Director of Facility Sales and Operations

Debra joined Athlete Training and Health in 2016 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Facility Sales and Operation. She is passionate about advancing performance training programs and is driven by a mission to create an environment of community and bring out the athlete in everybody. 

Chris Slocum

Director of Advanced Performance

Chris Slocum, originally from Cleveland Ohio, joined Athlete Training and Health in May 2016 as a Senior Performance Coach. As the Director of Advanced Performance for Houston, Chris is primarily responsible for overseeing all training programs, combine training, return-to-play coaching and the development of young coaches.

Monica Smith

Business Operations Manager

Monica Smith earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition from Ouachita Baptist University in 2014, and her Masters in Kinesiology from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 2017. She joined ATH in 2016 as a Member Service representative and has since helped with two facility openings and managed multiple teams.

Athletic Performance Director

Joshua Hack, a Cypress, Texas native, has been deeply involved in both team and individual sports from a young age. This passion for athletics fostered a profound understanding of the human body and the resilience required to overcome injuries.

William (Mikey) Briggs

Athletic Performance Director

Mikey played soccer since he was five years old all the way through college and within those years was awarded multiple accolades, coached a little league soccer team, and had unmeasurable fun along the way. He began to study for a career in nursing at Mary Hardin-Baylor University in Belton.

Maddison Guerra

Facility Sales and Operations Manager

Maddison, a Houston native, joined the Business Operations Department in May 2022. Prior to that and while working toward her bachelor’s degree, she completed an internship with ATH in 2019. Maddison grew up playing select soccer. She was recruited to play soccer at the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM).

Pearland

Antwan Floyd

General Manager

All together, Floyd brings 24 years of coaching experience at the collegiate and professional level. Working with numerous sports, both male and female. Floyd is currently training youth in the South Houston/Pearland area as the Athletic Performance Director for Athlete Training and Health.

Kendall Brown

Member Services Manager

Kendall is excited to join the ATH-Pearland team as the member sales manager. She is a sixth-generation native Houstonian with deep roots and passion for the city. She is a lover of sports and earned a scholarship to play softball at her dream school, the University of Houston.

Damany Taylor

Athletic Performance Director

Damany joined Athlete Training and Health as a Performance Coach in the Fall of 2020. He works with the Student ATHlete group to improve their athletic ability while helping them reach their full potential in and out of our facilities. 

Christen Shanor

Facility Sales and Operations Manager

Christen, a longtime resident of the Klein area since 2010, has an impressive athletic background. Prior to starting a family, she was a highly competitive athlete, excelling in multiple sports such as volleyball, basketball, softball, and track.

David Perez

Athletic Performance Director

David Perez is a dedicated strength and conditioning coach with five years of experience in the DFW area. A Fort Worth native, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Tarleton State University. He played football in high school and competed in baseball up to his freshman year of college.

Adrian Hernando

General Manager

Adrian brings over 12 years of fitness industry experience and 10 years of sales and management expertise. His background combines a strong track record in leadership, client relations, and business growth. A dedicated fitness professional, Adrian has also completed international endurance events including Spartan Race and Tough Mudder.
