Adriana Rincon

Senior Performance Coach – Student Athlete

Adriana is a native Houstonian who joined Athlete Training and Health in May 2024. She was a collegiate softball player at Galveston College where she received her Associates Degree in Science in 2018 then was recruited by Southern University A&M College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2020. In 2019 she interned at Athlete Training and Health facilitated with Houston Dynamo where she found her passion in coaching. Adriana was also an intern at Rice University in 2021, where was a part of their Performance team for Football and in charge of the return to play athletes. 

In continuation with her career, she was a Graduate Assistant at Lamar University where she was the Head Performance Coach for Lamar’s Track & Field, Women’s Tennis, and Head Assistant Performance Coach for Football where she was in charge of O-Line/D-Line in addition to Freshmen/Transfer players. Adriana helped win 2 conference titles with Lamar’s Track & Field team while being there. Lastly, she is a first-generation graduate with her Master’s in Business Administration. 

Coach Adri’s coaching philosophy is based on having a great mindset, attention to detail, and care for every ATHlete, “I coach people before I coach an athlete.” Coach Adri is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the USA Weightlifting and CPR/AED certified.
