High school sport training is designed to prepare them for the rigors of high school athletics and beyond. Exercises increase in complexity and focus on improving strength, speed, agility and power. Athlete performance training designed for the specific needs of growing bodies ages 8-18 in a fun and safe environment where athletes can achieve their personal best. Our Student ATHletes don’t just practice. They perform, play, and progress.
Everybody has a personal best ahead of them. Playing better, going faster, making the team. ATH provides training for athletes of all levels so they can reach their individual potential. Youth athletes are not mini-adults and, therefore, must have a progressive training approach specific to their unique needs. Athletes are evaluated and grouped by developmental age to ensure safety, efficacy, enjoyment and crossover to account for transition through periods of accelerated growth. Our expert coaches build this sports performance training program to benefit in all sports and all positions. If sport-specific training is needed, we have personalized training programs available as well.
