Pushing yourself to a new performance plane requires the mental and physical rigors of a champion with the coaching support to match.

Our North Houston facility (ATH-Spring/Klein) is located on Stuebner Airline Road, within The Farm League Park and next to the uScore Soccer Complex. At this location, we provide adult fitness classes as well as sports performance training for youth athletes, collegiate athletes, professional athletes and sports teams catering to the Spring community, Klein community and greater North Houston. Training is offered in small group sessions or one-on-one, personal training sessions.

Also operating within the building is Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. ATH helps to complete Houston Methodist’s return to play continuum by providing post-rehab sports performance training for athletes and regular adults who are recovering from injuries and looking to get back to pre-injury condition. Together ATH and Houston Methodist also collaborate on human performance education for local high school, middle school and club sport coaches in the community.

Our Spring / Klein location provides a full range of holistic care that can help get and keep you in shape; make you better at your sport; prevent injury; or get you back on the field after an injury. The facility includes indoor turf fields for multi-sport use and advanced pro-style weight rooms to cater to all levels of athletes.

College Prep
Preparation is the key to success. Signed seniors and athletes who aspire to walk on university teams build upon a solid foundation with training in advance of seasonal collegiate competition.
College
The rigors of college athletics requires on- and off-season training and support. Compliment collegiate training with generalized and sport-specific modules for collegiate athletes.
Professional/Elite
Competition has never been healthier for elite and professional athletes. Longer training sessions focus on the specific health and training needs of athletes who compete at the highest level of their sport.
Combine/Pro Day
Athletes training for combine, university pro day, or a professional/elite team tryout. Athletes focus primarily on sports-specific skills and NFL Combine drills.
1:1 Training
Personalized attention for athletic achievement. All Next Level ATHletes may choose to train privately with a desired ATH coach for more individualized training needs.
