Flag Football Camp – ATH Allen Location
Our camp is designed to build fundamentals, confidence, and love for the game while keeping it fun and competitive. Open to girls and boys! Athletes will work on:
- Speed & Agility: Drills to improve quickness, change of direction, and overall athletic performance.
- Footwork & Coordination: Position-
specific movements and balance training. - Offensive Skills: Passing, catching, route running, and ball-handling techniques.
- Defensive Skills: Flag pulling, positioning, and awareness.
- Teamwork & Game Play: Scrimmages and situational drills to apply skills in a real-game setting.
This camp focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, and having fun, making it perfect for all experience levels!
PERFORMANCE FITNESS and HEALTH
At the new, state-of-the-art ATH training center in Allen, located inside the Texas Health Athlete Complex, our highly educated, expert performance coaches will provide sports performance training, testing and adult fitness programs to athletes, teams, organizations, families and individuals of all ages.

When athletes push their bodies to their physical limit, sports injury is always a top concern. Our coaches are with you every step of the way educating and modeling our athletes at all times. ATH formulizes training sessions that minimize risk and adapt workouts to the age and skill level of the individual. We aim to enhance the performance of our local athletes in a way that brings together the best of human performance, sports science and sports medicine.

Forever ATHlete – adult group training sessions for all fitness levels
Student ATHlete – sports training for youth athletes ages 8-18
Next Level ATHlete – group or individual training programs for collegiate and professional athletes
Rebuild ATHlete – training for injured/recovering athletes not yet ready for competition or full training
Team ATHlete – specialized, year-round or seasonal team-training that maximizes sport success and reduces the risk of injury
