Blaine is primarily involved with the return to play program, working with clients that are both post-op as well as non-operative. In addition to the RTP program, Blaine also provides general strength and conditioning services to active clients of all ages, tactical programming and various sports performance groups. Blaine is actively coaching and implementing injury risk management and performance programs for local athletes, coaches and medical support staff.

Blaine is from Gettysburg, South Dakota. He graduated with honors from Northern State University with a degree in Human Performance and Fitness and minor in Coaching. While there, he spent some time working as an intern with the athletic training staff and developed a Summer Strength and Conditioning program for athletes in grades 7-12 at three high schools located in South Dakota.
