Brooklyn Wiley

Senior Performance Coach
North Houston

Brooklyn, a Houston native, joined Athlete Training and Health as a Senior Performance Coach in 2022. While attending the University of North Texas she worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for 4 years where she gained an understanding of rehabilitation and return-to-play concepts.

In August of 2020, she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Social Science. Immediately after undergrad she attended and graduated from Texas Woman’s University in December of 2021 with her master’s degree in Kinesiology with a Coaching emphasis. During the final semester of graduate school she completed her internship at EXOS’ performance facility in Frisco, TX. She is currently enrolled at Louisiana State University pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management.

During her internship she worked with a vast array of athletes: football, baseball, college, adult, retired athletes and high school athletes. Following her internship, she was asked to stay on to help assist the NFL Combine training at EXOS, where she worked closely with the nutrition department and performance coaches in training the 48 combine athletes.

With her training and performance philosophies, she likes to include rehabilitation/corrective practices and preventative measures to ensure strength and protection in all the athletes she works with.
