Brock Christopher

Athletic Performance Director

Brock is the Athletic Performance Director for Athlete Training and Health in Allen, Texas and oversees the Performance Team, as well as certain aspects of the business, including growth and development of the Next Level ATHlete program. Brock has worked with some of the top athletes, sporting organizations, and healthcare systems for the past 12 years. He has worked with athletes in every major sporting discipline, has consulted for three-sport governing bodies, consulted or provided training in partnership with seven professional teams, supported both US and International Special Operations military accounts, and worked in partnership with three healthcare systems.

Prior to ATH, Brock served on the Performance Leadership team with EXOS supporting the company’s Pro/Elite, Tactical, API-Healthcare/Powered By, Education, and Corporate Wellness verticals. He was the Chief-of-Staff for a Pro/Elite contract near Orlando Florida, ran the EXOS facility in Miami partnered with University of Miami Health Systems, as well as their account in Atlanta partnered with Porsche Automotive Group. Brock delivered EXOS education in five countries, supported their SOCOM contract in Brașov, Romania, and outlined the company’s injury reduction stance and protocol for the NFLPA and NFLPA-Trust.

Before his time with EXOS, Brock was the Director of Performance for Michael Johnson Performance at England’s National Football Center, St George’s Park in partnership with the Football Association. In addition, he supported the company’s partnerships with Manchester United Football Club, Arsenal Football Club, as well as Williams Formula 1. While in Dallas with MJP, he oversaw the NHL Dallas Stars account and led their MLB and Externship program. He began his career as the Center and Sports Performance Director at Velocity Sports Performance in West Los Angeles.

Brock has his degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University and has spoken both domestically and internationally on a variety of topics related to Human and Sports Performance. His favorite activity is spending time with his nieces and nephews and you can usually find him outdoors or participating in a variety of different water sports.
