The Virtual ATHlete program allows members to experience the ATH training philosophy of evidence-led programming for health, fitness and performance from the comfort of your home. Virtual ATHlete training encourages variety between sessions, with each session adapted to accommodate for the resources available to members at home.
This interactive, online training resource has been designed to accommodate all ages and abilities through a variety of exercises to ensure progressive gains in your health, fitness and wellbeing. Our expert ATH coaches utilize scientifically proven methods of enhancing functional movement, competency and strength by manipulating intensities and resistance levels with general items found within your home if you don’t already own basic equipment like dumbbells.
Virtual ATHletes are provided with a TeamBuildr account, an online strength and conditioning software that allows our coaches to set individual, personalized goals while you journal your workouts, track progress, view leaderboards and send/receive coaching feedback.

Virtual Forever Athlete
Training for active adults to improve health, fitness and wellbeing. Virtual Forever ATHlete training is designed for all adults 18 and older, regardless of age, ability, fitness history or lifestyle goals.
Each training session is a total body workout consisting of warmup, functional strength and metabolic conditioning. However, each day has a themed emphasis shifting to different areas of the body and its respective movement pattern, such as lower body, upper body, total body, core and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Virtual Student Athlete
Training for youth athletes between ages 8-18 to improve athletic performance. Virtual Student ATHlete training lays the foundation for future athletic enhancement through proper structuring of each workout as well as the sequencing of training over time.
This training program consists of two primary emphasis days to expose members to a broad range of athletic qualities, including speed, agility, quickness and strength: (1) linear and (2) multi-directional speed and strength development. The ATH coaches keep your young athletes prepared for the rigors of youth sport performance, while minimizing the likelihood of injury and an increased recovery rate.
