Bryan is a Houston native that joined Athlete Training and Health in 2021 as a performance coach. Bryan is responsible for guiding athletes of all ages and levels through ATH’s comprehensive training programs safely and progressively.
Bryan received his degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He received his NASM- CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine- Certified Personal Trainer) as soon as he turned eighteen as well as his ACSM-CPT (The American College of Sports Medicine) during his college career. He is also a licensed soccer coach through the USSF (United States Soccer Federation).
While working on his degree he took the opportunity to work with the women’s soccer team as the student team manager, and in doing so made connections with several of the strength and conditioning coaches at Texas State University. This allowed him to work under various teams such as softball, tennis, women’s basketball, baseball, and of course soccer. During his time as a personal trainer, he worked with several high-profile pro and semi pro athletes as well as retired athletes. He has also been a soccer coach for local soccer clubs Matias Almeyda FC and Forca FC (formerly known as Barcelona Elite).
