Ashley Dwelle, originally from Sunnyvale, California, joined Athlete Training and Health in August of 2021 after moving to DFW. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She continued her education at California State University, Fresno receiving a Masters in Sport Psychology. She was a part of several different research teams focusing on mental health, mental skills and physical education/activity. Ashley was a dancer from a very young age till high school, when she suffered a very severe ankle injury leading to her motivation to help athletes. In her spare time Ashley loves to cook, explore new things/places and go on hikes.
