Starts with how to organize, and be a part of a performance enhancement team – from administration to “hands-on” coaching.  This primary role exposes our performance process: evaluation, education and training methodology using a theoretical and practicum based approach.  Understanding the roles of consultants and coaches, this “hands-on” and curriculum education approach teaches the “why” behind evaluating 3-dimensional movements, understanding kinetic & posterior chain demands and prescribing proper exercise prescriptions for human development, ultimately creating a deep appreciation for the adaptability of the human body.
