Trevor Cottrell

Sports Science & Performance Consultant

Dr. Trevor Cottrell is an internationally recognized expert in human performance. He is a consultant with the Canadian Sports Institutes, a government agency responsible for preparing athletes for the Olympic Games, and he is a Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach with Wrestling Canada. He has worked with countless elite athletes in Canada and the United States.

 

Trevor received his Doctoral degree in Physiological Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2001 and has published and presented internationally on topics related to human performance, cellular physiology and injury rehabilitation.  He has served as Program Chair for both the Athletic Therapy and Exercise Science degree programs at Sheridan College in Canada.
