Derrick Brew is a 2004 Olympic Bronze and Gold Medalist in the 400m/4x400m. Derrick has over 20 years experience working with ages 10-18 and has spent 9 years as an Intermediate School Track and Field/Cross Country Head Coach. During his experience as a coach, he has developed a State Champion in the Girls 100m Hurdles and 300m Hurdles and 3rd place Boys 110m Hurdles. He has trained countless boys and girls District Champions as well as AAU Champions in the 100-400m and hurdle races.
In addition to training programs for youth athletes, Derrick has organized track clinics around the world and aided in the development of the USATF “Be a Champion” Program. Derrick is also USATF Member Certified.
Derrick’s expertise in coaching and developing talent comes from an extensive personal history of athletic accomplishments.
