Spice Up Your Healthy Chili Recipe

Posted December 14, 2017

Chili doesn’t have to be boring, there are many different ways to change up the flavor profile while also keeping it healthy.

Navy beans are a rich source of fiber to help control hunger which can aid in weight management. Most people don’t get enough fiber in their daily diet so including more beans is a great start to reaching your recommended fiber intake. Chili is also a great dish to load up with vegetables- the more the better. Cutting, chopping, and dicing vegetables gives everyone in the family a chance to help prepare dinner.
